"I called asking for my mom’s records (I’m her emergency contact), manager told me I need to have a written permission from my mom to receive her information, which I agreed to. She then said that it’s a $45 fee to send me her medical records because she is taking time of her day printing them out. I told her that’s standard when a law firm ask for them but not when someone requests their personal medical records and she responded that they can do whatever they want. I then asked her if anywhere on the paperwork my mom signed authorizing said charge if she needed her records to which she responded that it’s not on their paperwork. I then said that it is illegal to charge her for the records if they didn’t state it from the beginning and once again she said they could do whatever they want because they are a private office and that she would double check with their lawyer and THREATENED TO SEND ME THE BILL from him for asking him those questions, lol. The only reason my mom and I are asking for the records is because they scammed my mom in the worst possible way. She had been coming in for treatment for a few weeks for a very specific situation and the doctor did something completely different that she was not aware of. Once the treatment was done and my mom realized what was happening she bursted in tears and told the doctor and assistants that that was not what she agreed to. The doctor said that to do what she wanted would be an additional charge and that she would need to come back more times. Which doesn’t make sense because that was the only thing she came in on the first place for. The more we deal with this office and their personnel, the more issues we have. After my mom visibly upset confronted the doctor, he decided to leave the common area for my mom to talk to the assistants that had no clue what was happening. I am currently waiting for the records and itemized bill and would love to talk to the doctor and assistants in person to see what happened during my moms visits and what’s their need to threaten people with bills and lawyers. If they did it to me they have obviously threatened other with the “lawyer play”. UPDATE: they just sent us an email stating that I threatened the team over the phone. You guys were the ones that threatened to send us your lawyers (?) bill, haha. I not once threatened you and I would love récords of the phone call too. If in the phone call I threatened, I’ll take responsibility of my action and will apologize. But as you guys will notice the only ones that threatened was Jackie, the manager."

"I can tell the staff was patient in explaining the details and didnt push or rush me. The doctor is meticulous and does a great job explaining every issue- he really takes the time to explain it until you understand the problem. never once did i feel rushed in his chair. They calmed my nerves every time i was worried and checked in with me every minute. great place to be. glad i found it."

I never feel uncomfortable there and they are always so very helpful to me and I just love how they remind me so many times about our appointments over many platforms. I can confidently and highly recommend this dentist to my family and friends."
