Merian and Marie at the front desk are amazing, top-notch customer service and I’ve never had any issues with my insurance. I’ve had a few hygienists clean my teeth…all great and thorough. Dr. Kevin's light touch and efficient use of time make every visit a breeze. Having been to many dental offices, I can confidently say this is hands down the best dental office so stop searching bc this is the right one…highly recommend!"

"Office experience is just bad. They are getting worse and worse. The lady at front office is rude and has 0 customer service. She lacks compassion towards the patients that been frequently going there. My DTR was in pain. She hates going to the dentist just like any other kid, she was stressed out because her tooth has been painful for few days and almost falling off, she vomited because she is under a-lot of stress, normal reaction for her as my wife tried to explain to the ladies who are not medically trained. The 2 ladies at the desk refused her to be seen by the doctor even though it was an emergency appt that they agreed to see her over the phone, claiming that she was sic with a stomach flu, they are not medically trained to make a diagnosis and diagnose her with stomach flu,they refused even to let the Dr see her. that is the same like taking your loved one to the ER because they might be having a heart attack but send them away because they might have a stomach flu. Taking myself and kids out of this clinic. Make sure u double check your coverage before u go there.i had a similar incident year with these ladies, she tried to push me down deep cleaning with laser( the front desk lady who is not medically trained) and charge me 20% copay when i found out that my copay was only 15% after calling the insurance company. Please check your coverage before u go there."

"I love Dr. Kim’s staff. They are super friendly and very personable. My insurance coverages were explained in detail prior to my dental services. There were no hidden fees like you find with some offices. The hygienist are very thorough and make sure that you are comfortable during the cleanings. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and his bedside manner is just what you want with your dentist. He is so kind and very gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff."
