From the first phone conversation to coming in and having braces for both my son and I, have been treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff is warm and friendly and helpful. Dr. Martin is fantastic. He is down to earth and communicates so great. Many times I have come in to have my bands placed when I’m too harsh on them and they always fit me in with no resistance. I never have to wait long and they are on top of the billing as well. Great job team!!!"

"What an incredible dentist!! Absolutely wonderful! I had an emergency tooth repair needed. As all emergencies happen on weekends, I called and they got me in right away on Monday with no appointment. The online documents to fill out prior to arrival were easy and fast. Shockingly, I didn’t have to fill them out again when I arrived (as you always do at Dr’s offices). Once I was seen It was fast, very friendly and everyone there was completely professional. Dr Luong came in quickly went to work and handled it. The dental nurses Yammie and Carine (Coco ?) were wonderful and made genuine conversation with you. Unlike most places where they just talk and don’t really want you to respond as their fingers are down your throat. These ladies took an interest in you, your comfort and dental health. Just genuinely nice people. The insurance process was great. Gave them my info, Wendy looked it up and handled it. What I really liked was Wendy explained in detail what was needed, could be done and what is possible. There was no “upselling” and no pressure to “have you thought about teeth whitening..?” I went to a dentist before in Corona - (the name starts with “West” and ends in “ern”) and I tell you that place was a hack shop. I knew it as soon as that lady there said… “ooohhh you got Goood insurance!” But this place, Hamner Dental, really did a great job and I didn’t feel like was getting fleeced. You see…I’m not a smart man and I don’t speak Doctor or Dentist. I definitely don’t speak medical/dentist billing coding. So when Wendy took the time to actually explain things and the insurance process it really says something about how professional they are. The lobby was clean. The rooms were nice. Equipment looked fabulously maintained. I expected to hear screaming and crying children everywhere since they do children dentistry too. Nope. Not a single kid crying. They have TV’s and I think games in the lobby for them. Very nice touch. All in all I loved this dentist office. And honestly no one actually likes going to the dentist. But if I have to go…I’m coming here. I’ll be switching them to my primary dentist because of this experience. Thumbs up!"

The staff is very nice here. I was informed about all of my options and they suggested the best treatment for what I wanted.They have a screen that plays videos and music. I found it helpful and calming."
