"I broke a tooth early one morning before work. I called the office as soon as it opened and they were able to fit me in a couple of hours later. I left with a temporary fix and a full treatment plan. Every single member of the staff at Dental Spa of Orange is amazing; kind, patient and going the extra mile to accommodate special needs related to a current medical issue. I feel more valued at this office than I did at my previous dentist of over 20 years!"
"I had an appointment yesterday at 2 PM at this location. When I showed up there was a sign on the door that said short staffed, so they were closed temporarily. I never received any phone call saying that they were closed. They sent me about five or six confirmations for that appointment. I am not one to write bad reviews, but I wish there was some courtesy. I was simply told to come back the same day, even though I took off of work or to reschedule. Didn’t seem to both them."
"Found a great office for my family! My baby's first check up was amazing with Dr. Philip Konopa. Very informative with the milestones my baby should have, home care and addressed all concerns very well. My dental cleanings were all done with their hygienist and loved every single visit. Chelsea and Evon are very careful and addressed any areas of concern. Purchased some toothpaste products recommended. I will continue same care at this office for a extraction consult and implant with Dr. William Martey."
