Dr. Zhang is legit, he took great care of me. He explained everything thoroughly and got me booked for a follow-up appointment right away. "After my previous dentist closed his practice, I began searching for a good dentist in my area. I visited several offices before choosing Michael's. During my consultations with him, I appreciated that he didn't pressure me into unnecessary procedures, unlike other dentists who insisted they were necessary. This made me feel comfortable and confident in his approach, and I decided to move forward with his practice. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the front desk staff were nice and friendly. So far, I've had 3 crowns and a cleaning done. The cleaning was honestly the best I've had in years; my teeth felt incredibly refreshed, and my mouth felt great. Regarding the crowns, I love how they look and feel. I'm genuinely 100% satisfied with the quality of work and how my teeth look. Unlike previous experiences elsewhere, the adjustment of my crowns went smoothly. The service was truly top-notch, and I love it. However, I did encounter an issue with the billing. Despite providing my insurance information and receiving a quote which I agreed to, I later received an invoice indicating that my insurance didn't cover certain aspects, resulting in a total increase of over $300. This was quite unexpected and a significant addition to my overall expenses. I hope that in the future, they can ensure that the costs are accurately communicated from the beginning. Despite this, my overall experience with the dentist and his team was great. I genuinely appreciate the quality of work they've done, and I'm sure I will be back."

"I have not been to the Dentist for 2 years! My last visit at a different place told me I had 2 cavities and needed a deep cleaning. Had the deep cleaning and they numbed my mouth for it. Somehow my tongue went numb on the left side and remained numb for 3 months. Needless to say I did not go back for the cavities to be fixed. Fast forward 2 years. Get a check up by Dr. Zhang and I have no cavities and may not need a deep cleaning."
