"Update: I have to lower this rating from 5- to 3-star after an unfortunate appt. getting some cavities filled. The doctor hit a nerve with her drill and, after applying more novocaine, didn't wait to let the drugs take effect before continuing. She hit a nerve a 2nd time and even managed to drill my lip. It was a painful and stressful experience. In the two times I visited this office, I had tools dropped into my mouth and my cheeks caught in the hose used to keep the mouth dry. Once is understandable, but they were two for two. Minor issue, but also worth mentioning; I arrived early for both appointments and waited 15+ minutes both times. My original review was 5-stars because everyone in this office is very kind and made me feel welcome. The office manager is knowledgeable and accommodating and was the highlight of my 1st visit. Honestly though, as nice as the folks are here, the treatment itself is clumsy, inattentive, and painful, and good patient care is the real priority. There are too many dentists in Orange County to recommend this one."

"Horrible experience. I have had my family go here for a while and after this last visit, I’m officially switching. I always call in advance because we live right around the corner to make sure if we are able to be seen before the appointment time. So I gave a half hour courtesy call, making sure is our room going to be available at the appointment time or is there going to be a long wait. I was told we were going to be seen right away. There wouldn’t be a wait because this was going to be for an infant visit for the first time. And I was a mother of several children the first Appointment visit you are in and out quickly they don’t do really any routine work. But on this visit after they told me our room was ready but there wouldn’t be a wait. We were waiting over an hour and a half to walk into the room for a five second appointment. It was ridiculous to have an infant there that Long was the worst experience even though I had called ahead and they told me otherwise. The worst part about it is I called twice? Asked the management to contact me directly and they failed to contact me. They did not call me. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. It was just horrible service. This is not how you treat patients who are at least giving you the courtesy Call in advance with an infant."

"Made an appointment over the phone and the person who answered was very kind and helpful. I got my appointment within the week and was seen promptly after checking in for my appointment. Gabby was so kind and gentle. Dr. Haq is clearly very experienced. Excited to say this is my new regular dentist!"

"I have a phobia of dentists and it didn’t help that one of my back wisdom tooth has chipped, as I entered the office the front desk was super friendly and kind, when I was taken back to the exam room, Rose the dental hygienist was amazing, she cleaned my teeth and found nothing serious other than I have to have the wisdom teeth removed, the doctor came in and checked my teeth and she was amazing as well, I have found a dental practice that I can go to year after year. Wonderful experience"

"Erica was professional and expressed verbally every upcoming move or action she will take/do ahead of time. The Dr was also nice and experienced. I was very satisfied with the cleaning service I received, and I plan to go back again. I highly recommend this place for all your dentistry needs!!!"
