"Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the customer service at this nail spa. I called 4 days ahead of time to make an appointment for my sister and I to have simultaneous pedicures. They gave me the appointment but when we showed up only one tech was available. So much for getting pedicures together. I don’t know why they accept reservations if they aren’t willing to prepare for our arrival and provide the service I had reserved."

"Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved it! The staff was so friendly and quick to help us and even gave us cold waters for the heat. My girlfriend got a manicure & pedicure and I got my eyebrows waxed. My girlfriend is so happy, she won’t stop taking pictures of her nails lol. It was a great price as well. Special thanks to Stacey for being so kind and helpful. Will definitely be taking her here again!"
