"Palazzo Nails is close to my house so it is very convenient for me to go there for my nails and eye brow wax. Staff is pretty friendly, one of the guys can be a little non sensitive when it comes to moving your hand, so in other words can be a little rough, I dont mind but my 10 year old does. Other than that, I do enjoy this place. And mine and my little girls nails do come out looking very cute! Their prices are the same as any other nail place around."

"I walked into great customer service, as well as welcoming soothing relaxing vibes! Tracy at chair 9 helped me out, asked what I wanted and made sure we were both on the same page before getting started. She took her time, & omg they turned out Great! I’ll be back 4 sure!"
"Got the remaining tips off my nails & wanted acrylic put over my nails. My nails r short-ish. When acrylic was on nails the guy started to file, going ok, but when he would file the tip part he was filing my skin. HELPFUL HINT, WHEN U SEE BLOOD- STOP!! Literally kept pulling my hand back! When I got home, I fixed the nails to my liking, but 2 out of 10 fingertips r sore. Will give another try, nails should be longer in 3 weeks."
