"Ugly experience. One employee keeps being disrespectful and told me to "go to walmart or something." Told me that they would text when it was ready and never got the message. I believe this employee needs to be fired. In healthcare, we don't say go to walmart or something. We apologize and explain what is next. The disrespect is embarrassing and humiliation every single time I get a haircut from this lady."

"*Gosford Village Location* I wanted to try Great Clips since I was nearby and it was convenient. I used the online check in and arrived with 5 minutes left. They took me in right away and I told them what I wanted. I just needed a little trim for my ends, add layers, and trim my bangs straight across. Well the haircut came out fine, but the experience was terrible! The hairdresser kept spraying water in my face and trimmed my bangs while I was responding to her so hair fell in my mouth. She was so rough with my hair! I have thick, wavy hair which tends toward dryness and frizziness, so friction is the worst thing for my hair!! She used a comb which was inadequate for my hair density and repeatedly tousled my hair for absolutely no reason. It was bordering on painful with how insensitive she was toward my tresses. Afterward, she made no attempt to clean me up and I was left with all the tiny hairs on my face from where she cut my bangs. She was so rude, rough, and careless. Haircut was decent, cheap, and quick though. The other hairdresser there seemed better, so I'm sure it's not every employee and every location. I would avoid the hairdresser with the long, curly black hair at the Gosford location."

"I used to love this location and now I am scared to ever go back! When I got my haircut on Saturday March 5th, 2022, I noticed the hair dresser Elizabeth did not change the cape, clean the chair, nor her tools. It’s so sad because I literally think she’s a cool person, but that’s way beside the point. The point is, she did not clean anything in between her customers. Now, I’m paying the price with scabies!!! This is beyond torture!!! I’m suffering having to go to the doctor’s and also pay out of pocket for medication that is not even working for me! I am so disappointed and disgusted!!!!! I can only imagine what the prior client had as far as skin infection or etc. Great Clips WHAT THE HELL?!?!!? Look at my skin!!!!!"
