"I had an appointment with Julie. We confirmed. I even got the text a day before to let me know I had the appointment. When I got there the next day, the door was locked. I called and text her and she didn’t reply back. My appointment was at 3:30, she didn’t respond until 3:59. Saying she didn’t know the door was locked and asking if I was still waiting for her! Not ok, very unprofessional!"
