"Major Problem.... this place will show in network with your insurance but they are billing with an incorrect/out-of-network NPI. Proceed with CAUTION! They play like they don't know but they do-it's an on going issue (4 times now). I plan to continue to investigate until they pay me what I'm owed! Angie's great, front staff could use some office etiquette, but I won't return until the NPI billing issue is handled!"
