"I have a Bentley in my mouth, lol. Through years of a cavities turning into root canals turning into implants. And veneers. Last week when a implant became loose they were able to get me in in just a few days. I had had an implant come loose elsewhere about a year ago and the doctor made a big deal of having to call in a specialist and have him review to decide what was happening and what should happen. I told him I’ve been through this before it just needed to be tightened. After the specialist (in this other office) left me the regular denist came in and spoke in a low slow voice as if he was talking to an elderly woman with dementia and explained what had happened. I looked at him and I said, “So exactly what I told you, happened?!” That other office made it an extremely expensive, long drawn out thing. This doctor just went in and took care of it, smooth easy as it should’ve been thank you. I was just lucky that an appointment had canceled after mine and so they were able to not only take care of the implant but do a wonderful deep cleaning, thank you Lisa. And I paid $10 to have her coat my gums with lidocaine. You know what it feels like when they hit a nerve while they’re cleaning and at 60+ I have a few spots like that. She really went to work I was very impressed with her and the whole office, experience."
