"Run far away from this place! The dental assistants are completely incompetent (took 4 tries to get an X-ray of one tooth) and the dentist himself was shockingly bad. He barely looked at my mouth before giving recommendations. Abrasive, rushed, rude and dismissive. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'd rather pay out of pocket than go to JFD again."
"Called to see about changing dentist because unfortunately we are not fully covered under the insurance plan we have with the dental provider we have now. I don’t even want to change! I absolutely love my dentist. Anyway, I called around 11:10 on Tuesday 9/26 and the receptionist that answered was so rude. She sounded dreadful and even worse like taking my phone call and listening to my situation was such an inconvenience for her. Based on the reviews I seen, I really thought this would be a good place for my family but I would definitely reconsider if they have people as inconsiderate and unprofessional as whoever answered my call."
"My girlfriend went in to get two wisdom teeth removed a few months back and what they did was borderline illegal. One of her teeth were fully under the gums still, and the other was barely emerged. They aren’t licensed to administer anesthesia so instead of sending her to an office that can, they decided to numb her gums and spend around 2 hours trying to get the teeth pulled. During this they were using excessive force on her jaw pushing hard downward trying to remove both teeth. They were rough with her the entire time, and had the light shining in her eyes with no glasses the whole two hours. After the operation they sent her home without a syringe to clean the wounds out. When she went back to get one due to the possibility of an infection, they gave her one in a ziplock sandwich bag. When she made a complaint to the receptionist, the receptionist replied with “Yea my son is getting his teeth pulled so that’s why I’m taking him to another office.” This place is beyond unprofessional. Don’t go there"
