"I really enjoy the experiences I have had with hertz. Jessica has always taken care of me and my family getting us back on the road after some crazy man took his anger out on my car and the lady that crashed into me just the other day. The rates are fair and the service is excellent. I had a wonderful conversation with their driver Jaimie who picked me up from the mechanic shop all the way in McKinleyville. When we arrived at Hertz eureka location I was so relieved to see that Jessica was there to help me again. She picked a car she thought would be suitable for my personal situation and delivered nicely it was a perfect car for me. I really appreciated that she took the time to ask me what I needed out of a car and had Jaimie pick us up in the car we were getting so I wouldn't have to change out my 2 car seats again. Transferring 2 kids car seats is hard enough it was so nice not to have to do it a second time thanks to her thinking about that. Thank you Jessica and Jaimie for going that extra mile for making my day just a little bit easier for me you both are an incredible asset to the Hertz team and I look forward to any further encounters. "My wife and I rented a car to drive to Texas and back. Car was great affordable and the people were great inside the office. My problem is the $500 that they took from our account. Promise would be returned within no more than 48 hours, and are completely unable and unwilling to help us. We returned on the ninth and today’s the 14th is now been five days and the only help that they can give us is suggesting that our bank is lying to us. We live paycheck to paycheck and taking the trip already was stretching it thin. I have a family to feed and bills to pay. It almost brings me to tears writing this!!!!"

"Terrible go elsewhere. I prepaid to make sure my economy car would be available. Arrived promptly on time and they had no cars at all. Best, they had no compassion, no customer service skills whatsoever. They just stared at me. Not so much as an " I'm sorry" . Corporate is completely unsupportive of this branch. Good luck. I'd call across the street if I were you."
