"Scheduled an appointment, and they started me right away, but I noticed the old lady started cutting my hair really quick and was very rough. Asked her to do my sides and take an inch from the top, but refused to let her continue because of how she rushed everything and was yanking my hair around. It was very painful, and her un-maintained equipment made it worse. She has pink hair, and her name is Anna. I would never recommend her, she did a terrible job."
