"My experience wasn't the greatest. I called. They said come down. Then nobody would even say anything to me when we arrived. So we waited a few minutes. Nobody said anything so we left."
"I've come here for years and always been happy with my experience, but this last time I got an infection on my toe. It was a skin infection, not a nail infection. I had to do 2 rounds of antibiotics and when that didn't work I had to have half of the nail removed. It's been over a month and it's still healing. I'm not sure what happened this time that was different than the other times I've been, but I don't think I'll be coming here again."
"Ladies ate nice BUT i called before I came in to find out if I should make appt or just walk in for a pedicure and manicure. They told me it was better to make an appt so we scheduled my appt for 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and had to wait until 4:50 before they even began my pedicure!! Waaaay too long to wait when you've made an appt. Did not end up getting the manicure. Left after the pedicure was done. Couldn't stay any longer. Had to get home to my kids and husband to get dinner on the table."
"customer service needs so much work!! They do not take appointments serious nor the order in which you come in. They just pick and choose who they want to help out next, you could be waiting there for hours. I was coming here for over a year I liked it but never loved it, then it just started getting worse. Plus the rush on your nails so much that at the end the wait and pay is not even worth it at all. They do not have set prices, they will tell you a price, then when they are done they will charge you a whole different price. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLL!"
