"I arrived at the salon, Juan was busy cutting a client's hair and there was two other people ahead of me. When it was my turn, Juan packed up his area and sat down. I mentioned to him that I've been waiting and I'm next. He then tells me, yeah sorry I'm on my lunch, come back in an hour. On your lunch? I've been already been waiting an hour. If he knew that I was waiting he could have at least told me that he's taking lunch after the guy before me. Great way to waste time. Juan is inconsiderate."
