"the ladies here are very very nice and welcoming but they ruined my hair and tried to play it off like it was my fault. The lady who did my hair told me it came out the way it did because i had box dye in my hair and that's not true only the tips did. I made sure the last hairstylist i went to cut off all my dyed hair and she even tested it. Regardless, you can see in the picture that my ends are lighter than the middle of my hair. how is it possible that it's lighter if the ends are the ones who have box dye hair? She bleached my hair in the sink instead of taking her time. So many things went wrong in this appointment and it left me really upset because it took me a really really long time to regrow all the hair i had previously dyed and cut it off to make sure i had an even canvas. The lady who did my hair is named teresa. the pic below is what i was left with (which btw wasn’t even the color I wanted) the top of my hair was completely bleached and bright red. i had like three different shades of red throughout my hair. one star but i think if i give them a one start they can take it down :/"
