"I want to give a shout-out to the Salinas Store Northridge . . I called the store looking for a product . . Spoke to a very knowledgeable young women named Jen . . She was very helpful and took time to see if they had the product . . They had the name brand so went in met Jen . . Took me to the product that was in stock and ordered one that was not in stock . . She was a really sweet young woman and helped me so much . . I have curly hair and needed help . . She explained so much by looking at my hair an advising me how to use the product . . I would recommend this store meeting Jen she restored my faith in stores that sell beauty products . . Met some of the other young ladies . . They all rock . . Very kind . . Hope you at least visit the store . . Worth it"

"Vanessa M, the hair stylist was able to get my hair cut, treated, and blown out. I called in advance to ask if I could go as a walk in. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the work she’s doing. My hair looks amazing I am pleased, I highly recommend her she doesn’t disappoint! I plan to go back to her to get a gloss finish in the future :)"

"Decided to try a new hair stylist and booked with Pedro and I’m so glad I did! Not only did they listen to what I wanted, they executed the style perfect and talked me through the whole process to make sure I was okay with everything. My hair came out near identical to the picture I had showed them of what style I wanted. They were super kind and helpful making sure my hair was exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with how my hair turned out. Couldn’t have hoped for better results. Definitely would book again with them for my future hair needs!"

"A word of caution: Went to the salon for a refresh of the baby lights I had. I let the stylist know that I wanted the same style only brighter. I was in a hurry and I left without really looking at my hair. The next day I noticed my hair. I felt so disappointed that the stylist let me leave with my hair looking the way it did. I tried to go in the following day to get it corrected only to find they had no availability. They are attempting to accommodate me before I go out of town for an event however, I don’t trust that they can do the job correctly. Going to pay $$$ to have my original stylist 100 miles away do a color correction. Pictures speak for themselves. I’m posting what my hair looked like before and the after. You be the judge."
