"I got my hair done here a few months ago from a girl named Isabel for a balayage and it wasn’t what I wanted in the first place. I was there for almost 8 hours and Since then due to the long amount of time she left the bleach in my hair, my hair is half the length it was when I went in and I’ve had to see someone else for frequent trims and damage treatments. It’s been a literal nightmare I’ve spent the last 5 years growing out my hair to the length it was all to go to someone who I actually had looked into and seen that she had done this type of style before just for it to end the way it did"

"Everyone at this salon is so nice, but unfortunately, the girl who did my hair did not do a very good job. I think she must have been an inexperienced stylist because she was very young. Had I known I was getting an inexperienced stylist, I would have requested a more experienced one. I’ve had to have my hair fixed twice at a totally different salon since ☹️"
