"I left in tears! It was not her fault my wedding dress became too small before I took it in to be altered, however the way she spoke to me about it was awful. She went on about how the dress would never fit in time as well as different “flaws” she saw in the dress. On top of this the alterations studio was a mess, cluttered with different articles of clothing. I ended up driving over the hill to alter my dress about a month later when it fit again."
