"This TZONE always has problems I swear. A boba shop that’s out of boba half the times I come should not be taken seriously, especially when literally all their competitors never face the same issues. Their opening and closing times are ALWAYS fluctuating and NEVER announced anywhere except the front door, which sucks when you make the drive all the way out. Ridiculous."
"I ordered a white tiger boba and they gave me a Thai tea boba. I went back to get what I ordered and they said this is what a white tiger is… please look up what a white tiger boba is and tell me this is the same thing lmao."
"TeaZone is a safe, predictable place to go for average Tea. It's good tea but with a little more effort it could be better. Their quality is an 8 on a scale of 1-10 putting them in the 80 percentile. Pricing is on par with competition. I prefer Happy Lemon and Fantasia, their quality is just a bit better and their stores are built out nicer and usually cleaner. I give TeaZone a solid 4 star because overall they do a good job and I can depend on a good Pearl Tea experience with each visit."
