"No more kids stuff at all. When I asked about it (what I'm assuming was management) said kid stuff will not be coming back as they made no money off of it. I was told it happend several years ago... the last time I was in the store shopping for my daughter was less than a year ago... when I asked again she insisted its been gone for at least 2 years now.... She was also talking to other staff members pretty rudely. The store looked a bit sparse. It also felt like the woman I spoke with was staring quite a bit while I pulled out my money in a judging way... definently not the first time I witnessed rude staff in there but it's the first time I've been lied too. Probably won't be back. Like she said San Jose's forever 21 has more stuff so that's where we'll go next time."

"This Forever 21 is so big that it has men's clothes. I didn't even know Forever 21 sold men's clothes so this was completely confusing to me. So this must be a really good Forever 21. Also it didn't look like it had been ransacked by teenage girl mongols, which is rare when you step into one of these stores."
