"My first time and it’ll be my last… The ladies who did my pedicure and manicure were both very nice women honestly they were however the woman who did my pedicure accidentally dropped the gel dry machine on my toe which really hurt it cut and bruised my toe. The woman who did my nails well she cut my finger and made it bleed and this was at a different time the that the other woman dropped that thing on my toe so it’s not like one had to do with the other. I don’t like the shape of my nails I kept asking her to correct them and she tried I guess but really no difference was made. Also their color choice selection was limited and I didn’t like that. Overall I left with a cut finger a cut and bruised toe which really annoyed me because I had planned to do a lot of walking after getting my toes done so kind of ruined my day honestly and they didn’t even offer any discounts so unfortunately I won’t be going back.."

"CUSTOMER BEWARE: I have never in my life had an experience at a nail salon, or any other establishment, quite as horrific as the one at this salon. The manager LINDA- is the most unprofessional, low class, rude human I have ever encountered. I came on 1/5/2022 at 1:45 PM. I called before and made an appointment for a pedicure and a fill. When I first walked in, they greeted me and were being somewhat friendly. I sat down and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They handed me a menu with prices and I pointed to what I wanted. They began working on my nails and immediately I noticed how rough they were being, and how dirty their tools were. It looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The manicure/pedicure were extremely painful. They used the drill on my bare nails and drilled my real nails extremely thin. I wanted to cry looking at my torn cuticles. After that, they tried to rip me off by charging me $100 for a fill and a pedicure. I have never been treated so horribly at any establishment. I went there to get my nails done for my birthday and this is what I left with. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
