"waited there for more than 30 minutes of my appointment. After communicating with the stylist my vision of the hairstyle, she kept on giving me uncertain answers instead of telling her professional advice. At the end she finally admitted that she didn’t feel comfortable doing the hair cut and suggested that I should book with another stylist another day. Unsure if I should thank her honesty as a blessing in disguise. Her attitude was rather defensive instead of helpful. In return I wasted an hour of waiting and being accused of being late and offended. Will not go back and won’t trust stylist here. Disappointed"

"I have longer hair and its not always easy finding a good place to get your haircut and styled as a guy. I love the atmosphere of Pleasure Head Salon and Christina has always taken care of me in helping me achieve the look or trim I was going for. She makes me feel very comfortable and confident in getting my haircut with her. I have since moved out of Santa Cruz but am considering booking appointments here on my visits back!"
