"Absolutely ridiculous. The tech I had was very nice and pleasant. But these people on the phone are trifling and embarrassingly rude and unprofessional. They have met their match cause one thing will not tolerate is disrespect while your bills are getting paid by me. According to the worst employee ever- in the “expense/fee” department no less whose literal job is to discuss costs- the price of their services is “confidential.” Last time I checked nothing you are asking me to pay for is confidential, just like I couldn’t PAY for someone’s actual confidential information to be given to me. She laughed (cause it’s a funny matter) that I was concerned about a quote I had gotten that made absolutely no sense at all for one part. According to her because there are “much more expensive” things I shouldn’t be complaining about the additional $500. The fact that she refused to tell me the exact price and I only knew they were charging that much due to a difference in what I was quoted vs asked for on the day of. I have never spoken to a more senseless yet arrogant person in my life. So not only are you LAUGHING that I wanted clarity on the exact cost of a part of my procedure- you then dismiss my question and ask me if I have an actual question, which an intelligent and helpful person would have known I already asked one. I tried to rephrase my question to something she couldn’t lie about and dismiss and she continued to talk over me every attempt. She was getting angry because a question she could not shut up for me to ask was not something she felt I deserved to know despite it costing me money they took. It’s the entitlement for me. When I told her how rude she was being and to stop talking over me so I could ask “a question” she said ok goodbye and hung up. Congratulations lady- but your nasty ridiculous customer DISservice certainly will not be confidential. This place prides themself on being fair and affordable compared to the competition but are charging almost double of what other places were quoting for this particular PART of service. They feel like you, the person paying, should take their word for it and not be privileged to a cost list like other places are transparent enough to provide. Shady business with horrible customer service. Edit: also- as suspected, they lied. My ins estimate ended up being $500 LESS than what they told me and charged for the service -no surprise. They don’t want you to see a service fee list cause they benefit from overcharging then using incompetent billing to keep your money tangled up with more incompetence. I will never give them business again. Update 3- almost March and these people are still playing dumb about how to give back the money they took in early December. Sounds like they can’t afford to pay more in court so somebody better figure it out before I take it there."

"Highly unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled without notification. The staff acted if showing up for a midday appointment and rescheduling was no big deal. I asked my PC to send me to another provider."

"I have been there before, again, super service, walked in, no wait time, a registration rep was free , I maybe waited 10 mins, for x-ray technician, she was excellent, comforting, listened to where my pain has been, I wasn't rushed, lots empathy and professionalism by whole team. I had some previous knowledge and working experience in a fast pace medical imaging center. Called ahead for copy of x-rays today and were available in a few hours for me to pick up for therapist. 2/5/24"

"Waited for an hour for an ultrasound after they asked if I could come in earlier and the tech was literally done without the scan in less than 5 minutes. Staff was snippy and rude."

"The actual staff was fine. Except for the fact that they entered my apartment number incorrect, causing the bill to go to another address. The billing department is the real issue as they are incompetent. I got a call from a bill collector instead of their office. With my follow up call to change my address, I learned that the billing department does not incorporate active listening. Nor do they know their left from their right. It is obviously outsourced and the lady who took my call kept asking me the same questions over and over. “Ok, so your apartment number is xx?” They also insisted on me providing my insurance membership number as verification to change my apartment number?"
