"I was not impressed. $120 a night with 2 small dogs. Stayed 2 nights. 8 hours after check in. The top floor reeked like sewage. No breakfast. Only 1 lady at the desk was nice. The men. Not even professional courtesy."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, that would still be generous. Firstly, the woman working the front counter came out of the office wearing pajamas after we stood there for 10 minutes. She checked us out and we went to our room. I was genuinely waiting for a hidden camera crew to come out because I thought we were being Punk’d with the level of disgusting the room was. You’ll see in my photos, multiple unidentified stains on the bedding, chairs, and other surfaces. Even the ceiling?? How that happens, I don’t know. The peephole had chewing gum in it and the bathroom was missing tiles. The lock on the door was literally, I kid you not, held on by a breadtie. I unzipped the mattress covers and saw clear signs of bed bugs after investigating with my phone flashlight. We went to the front desk and asked for a new room. Showed the lady pictures and she said, “Well, that’s under the mattress cover.” Okay??? You still sleep ON that mattress. She showed us another room, which was just as disgusting as the first one. We asked for written proof for a refund and she said they don’t do that. VERY suspicious and we’ll be speaking with our bank to dispute the charge. I’m also emailing photos to the management, which by the looks of his replies to other reviews, will probably fall on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor and don’t touch this place with a 2-mile pole. Excuse me while I go shower 12 times and drown myself in sanitizer after stepping foot in this hotel. YUCK! Drive the extra 20 minutes to Drury Inn, it’s much nicer."

"Won't spend another night there, room was hot (in November), the bed was hard, the bathroom questionably clean. No cups for water, no complimentary breakfast and high price for what you get. When we checked into the room, there was a bowl of water sitting in the middle of the floor. For being a handicapped room, getting a wheelchair around was impossible."

"If u can avoid it please do so. The room was NOT clean. Huge stain on the carpet as I walked in. Smelled like cat pee. Refrigerator needed to be defrosted. Linen had burn holes all in them. As we were getting off the very small elevator with several bags in our hands a "resident " just had to squeeze past us basically pushing us aside. My face obviously showed my displeasure and she felt the need to ask what I was looking at. Pretty much trying to start a confrontation which wasn't happening with us. People running up and down the halls all hours. I was not leaving or going to the room without someone with me.Beware!!"
