"On 06/27/22 I came into the store to look for a tag plate adapter for a motorcycle. I wasn't greeted at the door by anyone. The red shirt with red hair was actually sitting on a parts cart changing sales tags. I walked past him and the gray shirt on duty at the counter and it was like I wasn't even there. I finally found what I was looking for, still not even recognized or helped. The entire time I was there, every 20 seconds a bell was going off saying you have a commercial order waiting. Instead of pulling the orders the commercial guy in a dark grey shirt was too busy showing the grey shirt with a beard videos of him going zip lining last weekend. I never got anyone's names because they literally turned their backs to the counter and ignored the customers in the store. After waiting over 10 minutes to even be recognized I set my parts down and left. This isn't what Autozone use to be. Zero customer service. Sad"

"Couldn't help me with changing battery in my key remote. Nice young men check out was smooth except for the key clicker. This Store Never has the same employees working turn over is horrible here. Not sure why because everyone seems helpful and nice."
