"Pretty run down on the inside, could use a good deep cleaning, adults hanging out & children playing in the parking lot, but it is summer so I guess that should be overlooked. Had to clip the curtains together to keep them closed but that's pretty typical of all rooms. It was a place to get some much needed sleep while traveling."

"Been here for a week they had great prices n great customer service They r very nice n very welcoming. I have seen some bad reviews but not seen any of what theses reviews have said. No bugs or anything like that. We have a 5 year old daughter n she got play make up on a towel n I was worried about it n they never said anything. I really like it here n we will b back."

"Rooms are clean and comfortable great shower pressure they love fur babies here staff is super sweet recommend short or long stay here. Will be back next time we are in Paris. Wonderful hotel. Recommend to all to stay here"

"Stayed here just to see what the Small Inn offered. First the woman and gentle man that are always working which I assume own the place are very rude and was also very rude to my wife which was totally uncalled for since she hadn't even spoken a word. The rooms are outdated like very outdated early 90's style possible later. The room was not totally cleaned and hair and being in the Hospitality Industry myself I am 99.9% sure they popped the sheets which is they undo one end shake them and put them right back on. Being from Louisville KY this is the perfect place to go rent out a room for a hour or 2 and the owners should really consider that. Will never visit again, this visit was just research but wow they failed horribly."
