Upstairs reeked of dog pee and cigarette smoke and very run down Contacted the hotel for a refund and gentlemen I spoke with refused to issue a refund after we only stayed 10 min because I contacted them the next day and would not listen to me and kept talking over me. This hotel is more for people who want to stay weeks at a time or long term"
