"I honestly can’t say one good thing about this place. My apartment floods when it rains. Nosy landlords wife always be knocking on my door acting like she concerned about my water leak problem when really she just came to be nosy and see how clean or dirty my apartment is. And when I ask them about the water leak they’re answer is always the same “just be patient, well get to it. We haven’t heard from the people going to work on it.” And Guess who They was trying to hire?!!!!!?? SERVALL. A BUG SPRAY BUSINESS SMH not to mention The bedbugs and roaches. The roach problem has been there since I moved yet they wanna pin that on me so they don’t have to take responsibility for it. And I literally show them where I’ve been getting eaten up by bedbugs at night and all He does is look at me with this blank expression like he clearly doesn’t care. I was so FURIOUS. BUT HOWEVER those slummy people are NO LONGER running the place it is currently under new management so I will stick around these guys seem like the real deal. They’re called Firemark Properties and so far I’ve had all things positive with them. Tney are so helpful and Understanding and they know How to be a good landlord but I’m still giving a 1 star based on my past experiences"
