"This hotel is absolutely wonderful!! The room was very clean & nice & the bed was comfortable! The TV had a very clear picture as well. The staff was very friendly & helpful- shout out to the GM Lynn she is top notch & Shawana was great! If you are in the area you cannot go wrong staying here!!!"

"This was our stay in Paris Tennessee before going home to California. When I say we we're tired! You have no idea. Seemed everything had been going wrong on this trip, so when we went in to get a room, we didn't have much hope this would change. But God sent Angel to relieve us of our worries. The manager here, I can't remember her name, but you know who you are. She saw that we were exhausted and tired as we sat in the lobby awaiting check-in time. She was having a meeting a few tables down. She came o er and asked if we were waiting for a room, and I said yes! She went over to 5 and had the clerk check us in right then. I was so relieved. We got our key and went up to our room, which was very nice and clean. Oh, and the smell in the lobby and elevator was such a delight. The overnight stay here made up for all the other things that had gone wrong. The beds were so nice and comfortable. The room was immaculate in every way. We had a fridge coffee 5 the next morning, and they served breakfast. It was really a good experience. Definitely would stay again."

"This was my second time staying here. The first time I stayed was opening weekend before it was really known. The room was nice and spacious as always. Room was clean enough they could have done better with the bathroom but it wasn’t terrible. They do have nearby stores, gas stations, some eateries and a liquor and smoke shop but if you want to go out out it’s far out from a lot of things. Check in and checkout was easy no issues there but as we were leaving some lady that had pink on rudely burst into our room. Check out is 11:00 it was 11:05. I had my bag on and my friend was coming out of the bathroom. She knocked and just came in before giving me a chance to respond. I was mid sentence.we could have been naked or anything. When we finally came out she just glared at us. No apology or anything. I won’t rate the hotel poorly Simply because of her but she needs to work on her people skills."
