"I've got to go with 5-stars and a recommendation for Vu and Vu Smog Check. I had my catalytic converter stolen on my 2007 Honda (great car) and had an acceptable aftermarket muffler on the vehicle. I asked him if that was okay, he said yeah, bring it down and he'll make sure everything checks out before he runs the test. I brought it down, and I was missing my Emissions Label (VECI Label) and I also forgot to bring in my aftermarket cat receipt and smog check notice. (He wasn't bothered by that at all.) Vu told me how to get a new VECI label, which is just like ordering a part from the dealership. (There was no charge for that visit unlike some places that say, "I looked at your car for a five minutes, that'll be $50 for my time.) I got the new label, brought the car back to Vu's, he checked the paperwork, ran the test, which was quick, and the car past. He's quiet, professional, and a nice guy. And as long as I live in the area, I'll be coming to Vu and Vu's for my my biannual smog tests. 2007 gray Honda Accord EX."

"So, this guy tried to tell me that I had to have all four of my cat converters replaced because I has just moved in from another state (even though my cats were just 18 months old). Complete scam!! He could not answer my questions about why I had to have them replaced. SCAM! Finally found out the real deal at California Auto Care and got it all done right and legally. Do not go to this place unless you have money that you just want to throw away."
