"People were nice but I was not told when my service was done. It was supposed to be done at 11:30 because I chose express (done in an hour) and I came in at 10:30. I sent a text at 11:30 to the service center asking when it would be done and got no response. After waiting until 12, I couldn't wait any longer and went up to them. They pulled my car around right then and there. I was late to my next appointment because I wasn't told my car was ready and done."

"Overall great service. They took me in for my truck service the same day appointment. I was there just under an hour and everything was done and set. Also, the waiting area is clean, free coffee and popcorn. I've noticed a kids area with a big screen tv showing cartoons if you bring your kiddos."

"I went to the Toyota dealership at Buena park yesterday. It was easy to set up an appointment online on the same day. For the first 5k miles, only tire rotation was due for service. I could enjoy peaceful time drinking coffee, eating snacks but I don't understand why I had to stay there for 3 hours for the tire rotation even with an appointment. Everything was perfect but taking 3 hours of my time, I cannot give you the 5 star review"

"Took my Tacoma here 2 weeks ago for a free oil change and tire rotation, the first thing the guy told me is that coffee will be on its way as I had to wait over an hour to get my truck serviced. As I was waiting the coffee it never showed up after checking multiple time, what a bummer.. The employee that was helping me came back to me and told me that they did everything besides the tire rotation because there was a lug nut that was not threaded the correct way so they couldn't remove it and in order to do so they would have to break it off and I would have to purchase a new one, so I told the guy that I had recently had new tires put on so let me go to the place I had them installed and see if they will fix the issue of the lug nut since it must have been them that had caused this issue. I drove to the place which had put my new tires on they inspected every tire and said everything was fine there was no issue with the lug nut even showing me how easy the lug nut would thread on and off with ease and no issue. While doing so they also noticed that I needed to get some new break pads and machine the rotors so I spent some money getting the things fixed that I needed to. It was more of a waste of time waiting over and hour just to have my oil changed and to be told that I couldn't have my tires rotated because of some lug nut that wasn't threaded the correct way when in fact everything was good to go and no issues were found at this other shop."
