The owner, who claims to be a mechanic, displayed a shocking level of ignorance and incompetence throughout my visit. It became evident that his skills as a mechanic were abysmal, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Not only was the owner lacking in technical knowledge, but the prices charged for their services were outrageously high. The shop shamelessly overcharged customers without providing any justification for the exorbitant fees. It was clear that they were more interested in making money than actually diagnosing and fixing the issues with the vehicles. The owner's sole focus seemed to be on extracting as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers, rather than genuinely addressing the problems at hand. This approach not only showcases their lack of integrity but also highlights their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Given my experience, I cannot stress enough how this auto repair shop is undeserving of your hard-earned money. The owner's ignorance as a mechanic, coupled with their inflated prices and money-driven mindset, make this establishment one that should be avoided at all costs. "The owner didn’t know how to change my car’s engine oil filter. Such a joke. He said he’d need to spend a day or two to do it; costing 500-600 bucks. Such a bullcrap. They still took my money and when I came back for the service the owner refused to provide service yet he already took my money! I went to a different place and got it done in less than 30min. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Be careful people."
