"Upon entering the lady behind the desk was very sweet and informative. I really wish I would have got her name. My son was being very hyper and wouldn't sit still but she still held her patience and laughed with him to get it done. The nurse who took my son nose swab and vitals was very gentle and nice. Now here is where it goes down hill. My son was running a fever after being there for over a hour. While waiting for the test I spoke with the same nurse that was sitting at the front desk and was expressing my concerns about my son health ANOTHER NURSE WHO WAS WORKING AT THE NURSES STATION WALKS BY AND SAYS "IT IS WHAT IT IS" I completely stopped my conversation and stopped the woman from walking and asked her what did she say as she was explaining I cut her off and silenced her because THAT WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! WHOEVER that nurse is she is the reason I will never bring my kids to this Emergency room. I'll drive the extra miles to a facility that is full of nurse that actually CARE about their job."
