"Horrible customer service. Bought some boots and had them tuff toed and they started to peel after 2 weeks of use. I've bought at least $1500 of work boots from them but after their manager didn't make things right by fixing the tuff toe I decided to never give them my money ever again. I'll stick with thorogood and Danner from now on."
