All the associates standing there looking at customers without asking if we need help. When I asked for my size she was dragging herself to the stockroom to check with a cold face. The cashier lady named Marissa was so rude, and Mellisa the manager was not helpful with the exchange. Who would want to shop in the store like this."

"Tried to do an exchange and they told me I was only able to exchange sizes for the certain style (shrek) and couldn't pick a different one. After I said ok I'd like to return them and they told me due to that style they were unable to do a return because it was a special release and was more of a final sale, even tho there website gives you several options to do a return....didn't want to go back and forth and returned them online via shipping instead."

"Please, don't come this crocs. Staffs are not nice. They are young, but they don't know how to service for customers. I bought same shoes same brand, but they come different price. So weird, they have same shoes same color, but some with 39.99 , some with 59.99. They forgot to put the new price on some pair."
