"I was taken care of by the nicest young man, who turned out to be the store manager. I tried ordering online and couldn't. I printed the items I wanted with prices and went in to the Hacks Cross location. I got a great deal, was able to get the merchandise delivered where i needed, and got the Presidents Day sale. If you want first class service, go on and see the team at Hacks Cross. Thank you."

Ro was exceptional and thorough when explaining my financing. My mom who was with me plans to come back and purchase some furniture and I've already started telling my friends and coworkers about my experience. 10 out of 10!"

"Just bought a sofa and loveseat at this location. The sales associates were friendly and not pushy. They answered my questions, and I had a seemingly good experience. **(Ashley's response to this review is based on these two sentences, but below is my update which greatly lowered my rating.) The furniture delivery crew were friendly and did a good job. At the conclusion of the delivery, there was some discussion over the model number which was quickly resolved. However after delivery when i pulled up the model number and looked on the store website, my opinion of Ashley changed. I was lured in by a "New Years sale" and even watched the sales associate apply the 25% discount. However 5 days after i bought my furniture, their website price is cheaper than i paid with a 25% New Years sale discount. Making your customers feel like they got screwed is not a good way to get repeat business."

"We bought a couch from Ashley back in November 2022. It was defective from time of delivery. We contacted Ashley the next day. The chase side support was installed too low causing the legs to be raised too high. My wife and I have been passed around through the most awful customer experience for the past 7 months. They have sent outsourced furniture repair companies 3 times to examine and try to repair the furniture. The actual repair attempt 5 months after purchase. We alerted Ashley of the defective couch in November of last year. We've been sent to a warehouse for replacement cushions that Ashley sent. The warehouse couldn't locate the shipment. Months later, the second attempt was to try repair the bottom support. The repair tech finally gave up and said Ashley would need to replace the couch because it couldn't be repaired. Now Ashley doesn't have any record of this and they've closed the support ticket. We still have the defective couch. So please be aware that if you purchase furniture from Ashley, and it's defective, you should expect nothing but trouble. You should expect to spend hours on the phone with a series of third party vendors and there will be no communication between them and Ashley, not mention no communication with you the customer. You will have ZERO assistance from Ashley Furniture. This has been the worst customer service experience we've ever had."
