"This park was my backyard when I was a kid. I learned how to throw a football, hit a baseball, kick a soccer ball, and how to miss a basketball shot (many) at this park. I learned that you cant outrun your dad here. I learned about love and loss here. I learned how fun, (and dangerous) fireworks can be when aimed at a friend. It is fitting that i learned so much at this park, as it used to be the site of an elementary school. My experiences at this place and how it carved me into who I am today can never be quantified, but there is an undeniable measure of feelings that I have when I see this park. When I see it, I know that I am home. Thanks for the memories."

"Nice little park to go for a walk but parts are getting over grown. One bench is totally useless because you can't get to it because of the kudzu."

"This is a great hidden find. It was very clean and best of all fun. There were some shady areas to sit and cool off or relax. Plenty of available bins for on site trash. Great variety of slides for anyone to enjoy. Check out my photos for a better visual experience. Don't forget to follow for more wonderful and affordable fun ideas for the family as well. Have fun and don't forget the sunblock."

"Lots of flat grassy areas to picnic, play soccer, or just let your kids run. There's also a walking track and an area to play basketball. My only negative is that there isn't much shade on the playground for the kids."

"There is a surprisingly nice playground as well as a decent walking track around the park. My daughter loved the playground since one of the slides is really steep (it's not that high though - just steep) so she could go really fast. There are several benches around the park, so there are plenty of places to rest at the playground and around the walking track. We'll definitely be back to this park."
