"Just stopped by this location, had an excellent experience. Service was 5 out of 5 Professionalism 5 out of 5. Pizza was hot and fresh. Hands down best LC's in perris. Worked with manager Gabriel, Jesus team member and this other young lady. Didn't catch her name but service was great."

"Awful service. Placed an order online for future pick-up and it was not ready when it said. The staff are rude and incompetent. I asked about my order and they lie and say it will be about 10 minutes, despite already having been about half an hour. I check back in 10 minutes and it's still not ready. When it finally was ready, they didn't send an email confirmation like they said they would, the pizza wasn't placed in the portal like it was supposed to be, and they don't even have the courtesy to call out a name to let you know your order is ready. I had to go back and check to see if my food was finally ready. I guess it's the customer's job to do the employee's jobs too around here. And don't forget this is just Little Caesars pizza, not some really good pizza joint. Absolutely not worth the wait. Don't give them your service; they don't deserve it. Let this mediocre business with mediocre food fail."

"Ordered 5 pizzas at 4:49pm I got a message ready to be picked up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:45pm to pick up. I was told they had 2 more pizzas to complete my order and they would be out in 5 min. I got my order at 650pm. The reason behind my review is not really the fact that my order was delivered really late and cold. I want to focus on the girl up front as a cashier. Rude and would not even bother to look at me and the other 3 people waiting for orders. The lack of customer service and how rude she was to everyone I wanting to get a simple answers. While I was there she was passing out pizzas to customers that just walked in that didn’t place a order and when I asked her why I was not getting one of them she turned and told me because it’s not for you. I will not be going to the location anymore, I hope that the owner of this location actually sees this and takes some action. A total of 9 people ask for their money back and a hand full walked out after hearing what was going on."

"This place has definitely gotten worse.. the pizza is not fresh if anything it looks and tastes like day old, stale pizza. It's cold, flat, hard, and oddly shaped. Just really bad. And it's NOT the 1st time this has happened to us. I've even tried calling ahead to place the order but I still get this.. Not sure what going on but they've lost my business."
