"Says 24 hours except the hours of 3-4 am, its currently 5 am workers are inside, 6 cars in the drive thru waiting to order. I pull forward to the window because I can read the hours clearly. Theres a brunette girl standing there intentionally avoiding the window. My question is why not put up a sign if you are having technical issues or otherwise ? Do you guys need some help in there either cooking or with communication ? It's not hard at all to put up a sign to spare the time of the 6+ cars who came at the hour of 5am. Manager says his name is Ivan he offered no explanation or compensation for the 20 plus minute delay."

"Not 24 hours - Closed from 3am to 4am for shift change/register reset (understandably) but they do not come back @ 4...try 5am. Which again is fine, but then adjust your sign and say you're closed from 3am-5am??"

"This McDonald’s is not so good , they close from 3:00 am to 4:00 am but the workers don’t want to serve you until 5:00 am so basically they are closed from 3:00-5:00 am for shift change.. management needs to look into this because it’s not right for those of us that love McDonald’s can’t get nothing until 5:00 am .. I grew up with McDonald’s and I enjoy coming here but the morning workers don’t want to work they should find another job that fits their needs or schedule…. Thank you McDonald’s….."

"They should start giving receipts to people automatically. When they miss something from my order, I don't have a receipt to show them. Also, why did I order a 5pc chicken nugget happy meal for my child and get 3 nuggets? But my other child got 6 in hers. Accuracy people; accuracy. I understand it's fast food but that's just too much. Take the few seconds and count 6 nuggets. How hard can that be. Quantity matters when someone pays for it. If I ordered that same meal and didn't have enough money to pay it, would I still get my meal? No, so I expect to get what I pay for. Get it together."

"Why did I think it was going to be good? Had a craving for chicken nuggets. Went through the drive thru. They handed me my drink and asked me to wait in a numbered parking space. Where I waited for 20 minutes! When I finally got home and ate, the fries were greasy and undercooked and the nuggets were room temp and tasted like cardboard. I guess I shouldn’t expect more from McDonald’s."
