"I bought an almost new, used truck. It was missing an SSID card from the get go and I was told it was no big deal and I could go in at anytime to have it installed. Was told afterward by the servicing group that I needed to have that in writing. I left my vehicle there for a week before I realized I didn't need to, while they waited for an SSID card. Then it started leaking oil, I took it in for servicing and so far every week I'm told it will be ready the following week (been over a month now). It hasn't been a pleasant experience and I would recommend you take your business somewhere where you'll be respected."
