They immediately figured out the problem and got to work. One of the owners, Moe, poured me a cup of tea and kept me company while his team worked on my car. "I have an older BMW that some rodents got into so it needed a new wiring harness. I took my car to the dealer and once they submitted all the information to my insurance, my insurance wanted to total out my car. With today’s climate of the car market, I couldn’t afford to buy a new car but I also can’t afford the dealer price for the repair. I was obviously very stressed out and gave Mike a call. He was extremely professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Mike took care of everything so quickly and I’m very grateful to have found this shop!! Will definitely be coming back here! "I brought my 2014 E350 in after the dealership quoted me over 4 grand to replace the cam adjusters. Mike is a certified Mercedes Benz technician and informed me that it was a common problem with the engine in my car. He quoted me a much more reasonable price for the repair and the car ran like new.
