"My car was towed in to to Toyota because of a flat. I called in to let them know the car was coming. Didn't hear back so called when 4-5 hours had passed to check on my car. The service advisor was rude and dismissive in his tone and said it wasn't a flat. He was not interested in hearing details but had already made up his mind that somebody had let air out. I knew that wasn't the case, but picked up my car. Upon entering the office other service advisors were arguing with customers - just a bad vibe all around. Two days after my tire was flat again, I called them, no apology, just a dismissive tone again. I went to Tire-Man and there was a nail in my tire that the Toyota guys had completely overlooked. I wonder if they even checked the tire at all."

"I’ve been trying to get the roof fixed on my brand new Toyota Corolla for 2 years!!!!! They told me out of the $2000 it will take to fix it they will only cover $500! Mind you it’s a lease so it not even my car and they said the reason the won’t cover it under my warranty is because of “outside interference” if the Sun damaged their paint after 6 months then the paint is faulty and it should not be on me to pay to fix YOUR CAR because of the FACTORY PAIN PEELING"
"Confirmed 2pm appointment for a recall service on the phone, the agent actually set it for 2:30pm instead of 2:00pm, no big deal. Got there at 2:15pm, took them 25 minutes to have someone attend my service request. Then I had to wait 45min for a shuttle ride back home. The service rep told me to come back at 4:30pm to get the car. I was back on time, just to wait again for another one hour because the car was not ready! and the recall service was just a 10 minutes work! Not coming back here ever again as they don't respect customer's time at all."
"I went in for a routine service appointment and was told it would take about an hour and 45 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours for my car. When it was finally done I got in my car and saw that my air filter on the seat and the glove box on the floor. When they finally got that put back together I ended up doing there for 3 hours. The service advisor Alex told me I needed a wheel alignment and that it was recommended every 15000 miles but I didn’t see anything like that mentioned in the maintenance guide. Not sure if I got scammed but will never be going back."
