"You will only get soap with the foam brush selection and won't get any soap with the prewash selection. I only use the self car wash to pressure wash my car down. You wil scatch your car paint by using the foam brush trapped with dirt, grimes, debris, etc, from people using them to clean their wheels and dirty pick up truck bed."

"This is the one of the oldest car washes in San Jose. It's by 7th and keys . The lot gets crowded fast once everyone decides to show up at the same time. But I still somehow end up washing my car here. ATTN: this is a rewrite of the last review I left. It was bad, I know, but i was in a super bad mood and lashed out. My apologies. However, my rating will remain the same. Have a great week."

"Spent $8.00 here to not get my car clean at all. The water pressure from the wand on "wash" and "rinse" cycles is a joke; it's a tiny trickle. You have to run it back and forth, and back and forth, and back and forth, over and over on the same spot to have any effect whatsoever. Which means you spend a lot longer using those cycles. Which means it costs more. I'd estimate it took me 3x-4x as long to wash and rinse as it does at a place with a normal functioning wand. The "foam brush" is worn down so badly that the bristles are about 1" long as the center (compared with the few bristles that remained at their original 3"-4" length at the edges). I'm pretty cheap and willing to put up with a lot of mediocrity from a self service wash place, but I am NEVER coming back here. It's basically useless as a car wash. Save your money. Go somewhere else."
