I called Able inquiring about battery replacement as I thought that’s what was wrong when my warning ⚠️ Light came on and the dash read hybrid system malfunction, I was told his pricing and the length of time it would take if I wanted to replace with a normal battery or an upgraded one. He was very patient with questions and also very knowledgeable in what he thought was the issue. I chose to go down to see him and after Able ran a diagnostic he found out it wasn’t my battery but my hybrid inverter instead. He had a used one that came out of a lower mileage Prius that he could install. He said it would take him an hour or so. And that it would come with a 6 month warranty. Not only did he swap it out in half the time he quoted me but he gave me a small discount as well. I am still truly impressed with his fair prices, speed, and quality service.
