"Estimate took 15 minutes. The repairs to my car were just phenomenal. I'm addition to the body work, they had to partially repaint and get new decals. I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened to my car. It's quite a wait to get your car in but well worth it. A couple small details were overlooked, which they made right immediately. I am very pleased."
"I went in to get an estimate and Jeff assisted me. Jeff completed his inspection of my vehicle and stated he would get back to me with an estimate. It’s been TWO MONTHS now and Jeff has still NOT returned my calls or followed up with me even though I’ve called Kniesel’s Collision multiple times. No one else has offered to help me either and they keep referring me back to Jeff for some reason even though he’s no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You will simply waste your time and get the runaround. You are better off taking your business elsewhere."
