"This is the second time I’ve done business with this specific Caliber Collision location (Roseville Galleria Blvd location) and I could not be happier. From the moment I walked in the door, the customer service was spectacular. I was checked in quickly, my service advisor (Sterling) went over the details of the repair with me, and made sure all of my questions were answered. When they discovered I had left some items in the bed of my truck, they went out of their way to try and get those items to me while my truck was being repaired, offering to have them delivered to my home. I was kept in the loop on the status of my truck every step of the way, with regular updates. After the initial inspection, I was told to expect my truck to be finished by Feb 29th (a little over one week from drop off). I got a call on Feb 26th letting me know my truck was done and ready to be picked up, 3 days ahead of schedule. When I arrived to get my truck, Sterling met me at the counter and walked me out to inspect the work. My truck looked the best it’s looked in years. The only problem I have is that now the side of my truck that got sideswiped looks brand new, while the other side looks like the 15 year old vehicle it is. They did outstanding work. Every part that had to be stripped off for the repair was put back as it should be. Heck, the doors even open and close nicer/cleaner than they did before the accident. Sterling was a top-notch customer service agent! If you need to have any repairs or repainting done on your vehicle, I can whole-heartedly and emphatically recommend using Caliber Collision on Galleria Blvd to have the work done. And while I’m sure everyone there is great at what they do, if you want THE best in customer service, be sure to ask for Sterling. Great work y’all!!"
