"Misdiagnosed problem. Charged me twice for repair when should have been properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. When I requested a discount I was given $19 off of labor. Whether intentional or misguided, this is a lousy way to run a business. Think twice before bringing your vehicle here."

"I would give them “ No Stars” if I can. First off Very rude when I walked in their office. I asked about the smog price they said $69. I showed him his running sponsored ad on Google while I was still talking to him how it shows $29.99 plus certificate and told him that I have a 4 cylinder small vehicle nothing special so he stuttered and said that Google made a mistake. A good sign these guys Can’t be trusted. I should’ve listened to my friend when he told me not to go there because they’ve been ripped off there before"
"After discovering that my Oil Pressure "sensor" had cracked and my MAIN mode of transportation, was leaking oil (must lave lost at least a quart,) I called Duncan's Automotive and got a hold of Greg. Your guys were able to squeeze my car in, get the part ordered and ready for pick up just a few hours later. Greg was professional, friendly and kind in explaining what we were looking at. Our truck broke down in Sacramento and we were desperate to find someone who could fix it quickly so that we could get back home to work.
